We offer a number of services from providing on-site Yoga classes, Meditation and Pranayama (healing breathwork) in the mornings, lunchtimes or early evenings. We also offer mobile massages, reiki and energy healing sessions. Further, we can compliment by providing lunchtime seminars on Healthy Lifestyle and Ayurveda
From time to time we also offer our Yoga challenge program which is a 6 week series to challenge program that has been specifically designed to incorporate yoga poses not just for fitness but includes aspects of mindfulness and relief from stress and anxiety.
Your company may subsidize all, part, or none of the cost for program administration, but we do ask that companies arrange for prizes for the competitions.
