Hope you're enjoying a beautiful summer, soaking up just enough sunshine and relaxing with friends and family. With our relaxed new frame of mind, we often find ourselves slipping from our Yoga routine so here are 3 simple ways to keep you from losing yoga this summer.
1. START A MORNING YOGA SESSION TO KEEP YOU STRETCHED OUT.
Yoga is a great way to keep those muscles loose and moving this summer. We have great SUNRISE classes with Tony which are ideal for this.
2. USE THE EARTH AND THE OUTDOORS AS YOUR YOGA STUDIO.
Take advantage of the summer heat and practice outside and absorb that warmth into your bones. The extra heat will help you lengthen while releasing those toxins. You'll end your practice feeling fresh and anew.
3. DON't FALL OUT
Remember that having a summer Yoga practice will make it easier to ease back into a fall routine. We also have Yoga classes for Kids with Khanh on Wednesdays. This is a great way to meet other Kids and get off the couch!
Other than Yoga we have some great events and workshops coming up.Starting with Soul Fest this Sunday July 14th where you get to meet spiritual healers in our community and even get a free massage.
Our Reiki Certification was so well received (check out reviews at our Yelp page) that we are offering another next week over three evenings, July 16, 17th and 19th. Reiki is such a great art, whether you apply to your family or you want to add to your practice.
And as a successful, Ayurveda clinic, we are now offering Ayurveda Certification program. This is a great hands on training program in this wonderful and ancient art. Please look out for the next Open House on July 20th @ 4PM and come by!
